Real estate services referenced on this site are provided by Andrew Markuson as an agent with Keller Williams Nashville Music City Realty. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated.
The quote forms, service requests, contact forms and calculator tools on this site ask for information along the lines of your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about a vehicle, home, business or transaction, depending on the form. You choose what to submit. Nothing is required to browse the site or use a calculator, only to send the results.
A form submission is sent directly to Andrew, or to whichever team member handles that part of the business, by email. It is used only to respond to your question, prepare an insurance quote, assist with a real estate transaction, or follow up on the request you made. Submissions are not stored in a database on this site. They live wherever ordinary business email lives, and are kept according to normal recordkeeping practices for an insurance agency and real estate business.
This information is never sold, and it is not used to build a marketing list or shared with anyone outside what is needed to answer your request, quote your coverage or represent you in a transaction, except carriers, lenders, title companies or other parties directly involved in the service you asked for.
